Sheraton Offenbach Hotel

Where to begin? 1) The staff of the hotel were more than welcoming and attentive: we arrived in the morning, too early for check-in (which is usually available only after 15:00) and wanted to know if we could at least leave our bags in the hotel until we could check-in, but we were able to get our room earlier than planned, and free of charge at that! The staff were quick to respond to any questions we had as foreigners and first-time travellers, as well as complying with all of our requests (e.g. an extra pillow brought to our room in the middle of the night). 2) The room was incredibly clean and highly luxurious, with many supplies in the bathroom (e.g. plastic bags, towels, shampoo and body lotion). The bed was enormous and incredibly comfortable, and the room had adjustable air-conditioning, which was pretty useful in this unexpectedly warm weekend in Frankfurt. 3) The hotel's location was probably the biggest plus: it's located in a quiet part of Offenbach with all important amenities close (restaurants, pharmacies, etc.), and only 2 minutes from the S-Bahn station Marktplatz, from where you can get to the Frankfurt main station in less than 10 minutes. Overall, an experience me and my friends would definitely repeat, and we hope we will be able to catch the same room next year!

My room was very comfortable, exceptionally clean, and very nice. The bed was most comfortable and breakfast was exceptionally good. My traveling companions also commented on the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms and how much they enjoyed the breakfast.

Breakfast, Location, Buildings and adjacent palace. Mostly everything: The yard is quite beautiful, The entrance is nice, with tall roof and cozy environment. The bar is well decorated, bright, fun. There is wellness area too but it was not working due to Corona I guess.

The staff was very helpful and pleasant. On several occasions they went above and beyond to assist us.
